2007 saw the first graduates of an Industry Regulated* Certification Program for Relocation and Transition Specialists™ (CRTS™). All CRTS™ are trained professionals who have received advanced education in Move Management and Aging in Place strategies.

*The Certified Relocation and Training Specialist program has been reviewed by the National Association of Senior Move Managers and is the preferred national training program and reconized industry designation.

All CRTS™ must be fully Insured and have passed Security Background Checks in order to provide specific standards of quality and conduct to clients and their families during a very stressful time of transition.

According to government studies, Moving at any age is one of the most stressful things a person will go through in their lives, rating just under the death of a spouse. For older adults this process is even more difficult.

Development of an overall plan, helping to keep stress levels at a minimum.

Organizing, sorting and rightsizing to enable our clients the freedom to keep what is most important to them.

Trained professional packing which includes disposal of duplicates, unwanted, old or un-necessary items prior to the packing process.

Floor plans of the new home, minimizing the chance of taking too much furniture. We will help to re-purposing special pieces for other uses at the new space allowing your to have what you really love in your new home.

Arranging for transportation of items to relatives or storage.

Working with proven partners such as estate agents, auction houses, consignment shops and charities to provide for the profitable disposal of unwanted items.

Offering 10% discounts when using one of our specially selected Moving Companies or initial interviews with the mover of your choice. We will coordinate, schedule and oversee the movers and/or any other 3rd party (such as 1-800-Got-Junk) needed to complete the move.

A totally turn-key operation. Complete unpacking and organizing of the new home. The beds will be made, your possession’s will be put away and the drawers labeled to make it easy for you to identify the contents. We will also work with you to decorate your new home, hanging pictures, purchasing window coverings, shower curtains, linens or other necessary goods.

No fuss moving. We will arrange for any move related services such as finding a reputable realtor, staging the home for sale, removal of waste, cleaning etc.
