You can view the status of publishing your new or existing domain name at any time on the "Included Performance Tools" screen, under the "Marketing" tab.
If you are publishing at an existing domain name, make sure that you've followed the proper procedure in publishing your web store to your domain name. You can find this procedure by searching on ''How do I publish my PrestoCart'' in the help desk.
After sending your publish request to us by e-mail, you should receive a confirmation back by e-mail that your domain name has been successfully setup on our servers.
Please note, whenever a change is made to a domain name's ''Domain Name Server'' (''DNS'') information, there is a 24-72 hour delay while this new information propagates across the entire Internet.
Your Prestocart will not appear at your domain name until this propagation process is complete, because technically your domain name is not yet pointing to our servers. This delay is caused by the domain name registration process and the nature of the Internet.
