Your domain name is currently maintained by a service known as a "registrar". Your registrar controls where your visitors go when they visit your domain name. Your registrar must have the following set-up for your domain name:
- The DNS / Name Servers for PrestoCart, or
- Web forwarding to your main store link
The following is a good tool for checking on "Who owns a domain", "Where is it registered", "What DNS/name server is it pointing to":
http://www.whois.ws/
(Type in your domain name (yourdomain.com), and press the "Who.is Search" button.)
If you choose to set-up the PrestoCart name server on your domain, please use the following:
ns.rackspace.com
ns2.rackspace.com
IMPORTANT: After changing the name servers on your domain, you must send an e-mail to domains@prestobiz.com requesting to "publish your account at your domain name". Include your username and domain name in this e-mail, as we will use this information to setup your domain name on our servers.
